This product showcases the Multi-step display mode, a layout that lets customers configure complex or personalized products step by step instead of scrolling through long option lists.
Each stage contains a focused group of options (like “Pets,” “Size,” or “Background”), helping shoppers move through customization smoothly and confidently. This approach increases engagement, reduces drop-offs, and works especially well for stores selling personalized art, gifts, apparel, furniture, or bundles.
You can recreate this layout in your store by:
1. Opening your option set in Advanced Product Options (APO).
2. Enabling Multi-step display mode in the option set settings.
3. Grouping related options into separate steps, for example, “Design,” “Dimensions,” and “Upload.”
Within each step, you can use any option types supported by APO: from color swatches and dropdowns to image uploads and checkboxes.
Each selection can dynamically change prices, show conditional fields, or trigger add-on products depending on your setup.
